GDA Plot Scheme 2025: Homebuyers Can Soon Purchase Plots In Indirapuram Under Ghaziabad Development Authority’s New Scheme

GDA Plot Scheme 2025: Ghaziabad Development Authority Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh said that about 30,000 square metre plots of four group housings were vacant in Indirapuram, which were made residential by changing the land use. Under this scheme, the authority will get the work done as per the layout, along with road construction, sewer and drinking water lines etc.

Ghaziabad New Housing Scheme:The status of the vacant group housing in Indirapuram has been changed to residential. Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is now engaged in developing the area by creating plots in the Indirapuram Extension Scheme, where people will get a chance to buy plots. For this, the authority is engaged in development work along with roads, sewerage and water lines, jagran.com reported.

GDA's Treasury Will Be Filled
Ghaziabad Development Authority Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh said that about 30,000 square metre plots of four group housings were vacant in Indirapuram, which were made residential by changing the land use. Under this scheme, the authority will get the work done as per the layout, along with road construction, sewer and drinking water lines etc.

Under the scheme, manholes, electric poles, green belts, parks etc. will be developed in front of the plots. The layout has been prepared by Ghaziabad Development Authority for about 120 plots. Ghaziabad Development Authority will get income from the sale of small plots, so that development work can be done more quickly.

GDA Handed Over Building Allotment Letters To 92 Eligible Persons
Ghaziabad Development Authority has handed over building allotment letters to 92 eligible persons. Giving the above information, Additional Secretary of Ghaziabad Development Authority Pradeep Kumar Singh said that EWS and LIG buildings have been constructed by private developers. These include 31 EWS and 61 LIG buildings. Allotment letters have been given to all.

He said that all the beneficiaries who have received the allotment letter will be given possession of the allotted building after collecting the money from them. The number of applicants was around 63, but in the draw conducted through lottery, the building was allotted to 31 eligible people. Out of 99 applications for LIG, 61 have been given allotment letters through lottery.

It is noteworthy that before this, on February 18, the vacant plot was auctioned by GDA for the second day in Hindi Bhawan auditorium, in which GDA will get an income of about Rs 57 crore.

Bidders bid with enthusiasm for purchases on the second day as well. The authority is expected to earn more than 91 crores during the two-day auction process, which will speed up development work in the authority area.
