YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 : More than 2 lakh applications in the scheme of 361 plots, applicants' luck will open soon
Today is the last day to file objections in the housing scheme of Yamuna Authority. The list of eligible candidates for the lottery will be uploaded on the portal on October 3. The draw of the plot scheme will be held on October 10. After the lottery, the amount of unsuccessful applicants will be refunded within 72 hours. Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a scheme for 361 residential plots on July 5.
Wednesday is the last day to file objections in the housing scheme of Yamuna Authority. The authority will dispose of these objections by 30 September and upload the list of eligible candidates for the lottery in the scheme on its portal on 3 October.

The draw of the plot scheme will be held on October 10. Yamuna Authority had launched a scheme for 361 residential plots on July 5. The authority has received more than two lakh applications in this scheme. The authority has uploaded the list of applicants for the draw on its portal, so that they can see whether they are eligible or ineligible for the draw.

The applicants have been given time till 6 pm on Wednesday i.e. today to file their objections. After this, the authority will dispose of the objections. Authority's Special Executive Officer Shailendra Bhatia says that the list of applicants for the draw for disposal of objections will be uploaded on the portal on October 3.

Only the applicants included in this list will get a chance to participate in the draw to be held on October 10 at India Expo Mart. The number of applicants who opted for lump sum payment for the plots is quite high, hence only their names will be included in the draw.
Unsuccessful applicants' money will be refunded within 72 hours
Those who opt for payment in installments are unlikely to get a chance to participate in the draw. The authority will refund the registration amount of unsuccessful applicants within 72 hours of the draw being completed.
